Have you ever thought that you might be too "well-behaved" . . . Or maybe you've become too serious? Wouldn't it be nice to give yourself permission to experience more lightheartedness and joy?
Join Paula and Dillan, and get inspired to bring more silliness, play and fun to your day!

lyrics
Once upon a time, in a magical egret village, on the very same day and at the very same time, a baby boy egret and a baby girl egret were born.
Although they hatched in two separate nests and had two different moms, Paula and Dillan recognized each other’s voices from their nests and called out to one another from the very first day they hatched.
As they grew older, Paula and Dillan loved to splash in the water with each other, and together they learned to fish and to fly, and to do all of the things that egrets do.
They played games and would compete with each other, to see who could catch the most colorful fish, or who could make the most summersaults in the air before getting dizzy and having to stop!
Paula and Dillan were both having so much fun that they didn’t notice exactly when their play had become a show that all of the other egrets in the village looked forward to.
